Iain is a RIAI registered architect with over 12 years experience working in Ireland. After qualifying from Edinburgh College of Art in 1998 he has worked for a number of the leading architectural practices in the country completing a comprehensive body of work.

A specialist in both the design and implementation departments he has delivered a series of high quality buildings across a wide range of sectors for both private and public clients – residential, educational, commercial, leisure, retail, institutional and urban design

As the founder and principal designer at 3RRR Architects Iain brings a passion for innovative sustainable design with a pragmatic approach to building. He believes the most important role is always to listen to clients, design team members and contractors alike. He is currently studying for the LEED Associate Exam is a member of the Clontarf Residents’ Association, EASCA (Environmental & Sustainable Construction Association), GBUG (Green Builders Users’ Group) and interested in all aspects of Sustainable & Zero carbon living,
