New estimated €140m sustainable Sports and Residential scheme on 5 hectare site for Fingal County Council in Skerries, North County Dublin. Invited competition for design & build of new 50m swimming pool, gym and leisure pool with 350 apartments, retail and commercial use on Brownfield site.
