Single stage invited competition for the Design & Build of 31 new social houses for Local Authority on behalf of Michael McNamara & Co. Produced as a Joint Venture with Reiach & Hall Architects.
The design included a passive solar & Homezone layout, solar rooftop arrays, Community CHP, Grey water re-use and high standards of thermal construction. Scheme designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5.
